Are setup fees included in the package price?
Applicable setup fees are additional. Your quote will confirm the selected products, decoration, quantity, shipping, applicable taxes, and the total before you approve your order.
Can we add our tournament or sponsor logo?
Yes. Many package items can carry your event or sponsor logo. The available decoration depends on the item; for example, the Deuce hat in the $40 Birdie bundle is not customized. Your approved mockup confirms the logo placement and colors.
How far ahead should we order?
Share your event date when requesting a quote. Production and shipping depend on the items, quantity, decoration, and destination. The team will confirm an achievable schedule for your specific order.
Will our products look exactly like the gallery photos?
The galleries show product examples from the existing collections. Sample logos and colors are illustrative. Final items, decoration, and any proposed substitutions will be confirmed with you; approve your mockup before production.
